window cleaning

Beechy Clean understands the excitement of coming to the end of a building project and we will do our absolute best to get to you straight away to remove any final signs of building work and leave your property looking fantastic. Exciting times!

The finishing touch to make your new home sparkle

A post-build, post-builders clean, or construction clean involves the removal of cement, debris, paint and dust left behind as a result of house repairs, improvements or extensions.

Our Beechy Clean operatives have the tools and equipment required to deliver a professional and premium window cleaning finish, no matter what busy builders have left behind.

Beechy Clean is often contracted to complete post-construction window cleaning on new housing developments consisting of 100 or more properties.

What does a post-build clean involve?

We use acid-free solutions that help in the removal of builder debris to leave a great finish. All our solutions are child and pet friendly, and are not abrasive.

During a builders clean, our window cleaning operatives remove paint from glass using a specialist scraper and cement from glass, frames and sills.

Fully insured to be servicing your gorgeous new home!

Beechy Clean is fully-insured to work on your property and all our window cleaning operatives are health and safety trained, and have received full training for post-builder cleans.
